🔥 FIRE Financial Calculator
What is this?
A Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) calculator that helps you project your wealth over time. Compare up to 3 different scenarios side-by-side to see how changes in savings, returns, or expenses affect your retirement corpus.
How it calculates
- SIP Phase: Yearly investments added to capital with step-up increase
- SWP Phase: Yearly withdrawals from corpus (runs parallel, not after SIP)
- Returns: Applied on remaining capital at year-end
- Emergencies: One-time expenses adjusted for inflation at withdrawal year
- Home Loan: EMI deducted yearly during loan tenure
💡 Important Note
All projected values shown are inflation-adjusted (real values). This means ₹10 Cr shown for Year 30 has the same purchasing power as ₹10 Cr today. The nominal (actual) value would be much higher.
Real Capital = Nominal Capital ÷ (1 + Inflation)^Years
